Outside of coaching and consulting, you’ll usually find me out in nature — roaming Devon’s forests and beaches with my dog, recharging and reflecting. Nature keeps me grounded, and it reminds me to let go of what no longer serves.

I also make time to move. Exercising helps me connect to myself, stay focused, and find balance. While everyone’s version of well-being is different, I believe it’s foundational to doing good work — and it’s something we might even explore together.
