 Depending on your goals, we’ll focus on vision, leadership, systems, mindset, customer experience, strategy, or something bespoke to your needs.

Right now, it’s all 1:1 coaching, tailored to your business and leadership needs. Group options may come later — join the mailing list if you’d like to hear when that’s launching.

Sessions are run online via Google Meet. I work with clients across the UK. If you're local to Plymouth, in-person options may be available by request.

If you’ve booked a 12-week package and you’re unhappy after our first session, I offer a no-questions-asked refund (minus a small admin charge). I want it to feel like a good fit on both sides.
